The preparation:

  1. Peel the carrots and if the shiitake mushrooms are dried, soak them in a lukewarm water bath for 10 minutes.

  2. Then dice both very finely.

  3. Fry the carrot and shiitake pieces in a pan with a little oil for 2 minutes.

  4. Add rice vinegar and sugar to the pan and simmer for 5 minutes with the lid closed.

  5. Put the rice in a bowl and mix with the contents of the pan.

  6. Carefully open the pouches from the bottom and fill with the rice.

      Wie und wie lange lassen sich die Sushi-Taschen aufbewahren, wenn die Packung geöffnet wurde? Ich habe gestern Kitsune Udon gekocht und jetzt noch die halbe Packung übrig.
