Let me tell you something: Matthias & I, the two foodies behind this blog, both love to eat – especially when we're being cooked for by someone else. But we don't just love to eat, we also really appreciate good food. Especially when it comes to good Asian cuisine! There are plenty of Asian restaurants in Germany. But unfortunately, there are a lot of places that are either not particularly good or not particularly authentic – or both. That's why we decided to turn our hobby into something that would help our readers: Restaurant reviews!
For you to test out on the go!
To do this, we will be "sacrificing" many weekends in the future to check out Asian restaurants for you, taste our way through the menu and, of course, share our experiences with you right away! We take our mission seriously: You'll find us in Asia-restaurants in Germany on Fridays and Saturdays from now on!
We are focusing on the cuisines we know and love: Japanese, Korean, Chinese, Vietnamese, Thai and Indian. We will primarily be visiting restaurants in different cities in Germany. The cities of Mannheim, Düsseldorf, Cologne and Berlin are on the plan. You can already find some reviews here – but many more will be added soon! We may even expand our research abroad – we don't just love to eat, we also love to travel!
We will try to make our reviews as comprehensive as possible. You will definitely find general information about the restaurant, detailed information about the dishes we ordered, as well as a conclusion in the reviews. Here, on this page, you will see different restaurants. All those marked with a yellow star already contain a personal rating. But we will be adding new reviews on an ongoing basis!
Asia-Markets planned
But we don't want to stop at restaurants! Asia-markets in Germany are also going to be put through their paces by us in the future. Of course, we would also be very happy if you would like to share your opinion about restaurants or Asia-markets with us. Just leave us a comment with praise, criticism or recommendations!
