The preparation:

  1. Prepare Onigiri & cook rice according to these instructions. Since this recipe only describes the filling, the basic onigiri recipe explains all the important things about Onigiri.

  2. Simply take the Kombu out of the packaging. That's it. Please use seasoned Kombu, otherwise it won't taste like much.

  3. Now put the meat with any vegetables in the pre-made hole. I advise not to put too much in, otherwise the Onigiri will become too mushy and crumble apart.
